A Moonee Ponds buyer has followed up purchasing a $1.9m residence with a call to her husband to let him know they would soon have a new place. A little while later, he got to see his future residence for the first time. The woman who had inspected it for the first time on Thursday raised to $1.81m and the property passed in to her.
