There’s 927 auctions slated for Melbourne this week, a drop of 38 per cent across 12 months, and 20 auctions across regional Victoria, according to realestate.com.au. Victoria’s spring property market is off to a subdued start despite the state last week posting its second-highest auction clearance rate in more than four months.
