The staggering net worth and properties of Chuck Norris have been revealed following the news of his death at 86.
The martial artist and actor passed away just one day after he was hospitalised in Hawaii for an undisclosed “medical emergency”.
At the time of his death, the Hollywood legend was spending time at his longtime vacation home on the island of Kauai, Realtor reports.
According to Celebrity Net Worth, Norris left behind a fortune estimated around $US70 million ($A99 million), including valuable real estate investments.
His property holdings include a Dallas home he co-owned with his brother, Aaron, which served as his residence during the filming of Walker, Texas Ranger.
The estate, which was listed for $US1.2 million ($A1.8 million) in 2013, features four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a theatre, weight room and its own lake.
A separate building on the grounds was used as a studio for the long-running TV series.

Norris and his family also owned Lone Wolf Ranch in Navasota, Texas, the headquarters for their water bottling company, CForce.
In 2015, the Delta Force star expanded his empire with a $US7 million ($A9.9 million) purchase on Kauai.
The three-bedroom property, known as Paradise Island Ranch, was a long-time family retreat.
Born March 10, 1940, in Oklahoma, Norris rose to fame in the 1960s as a champion martial artist before conquering Hollywood.
His breakthrough came alongside martial arts legend Bruce Lee in the 1972 film Way of the Dragon.
The pair met at the 1967 All-American Karate Open Championships and developed a close friendship.
“At that time I held the world title, and kiddingly I said to Bruce, ‘Well, who wins Bruce?’ and he says, ‘I win, I’m the star of this movie,’” Norris recalled of the iconic fight scene during a 2014 interview.
“I say, ‘Oh, I see, you want to beat the world champion.’ And he said, ‘No, I don’t, I want to kill the world champion.’”
Norris later described Lee as a formidable opponent with a chiselled technique.

Norris is survived by his five children from two marriages.
In 1958, he tied the knot to Dianne Kay Holechek and welcomed sons, Mike and Eric. Norris and Holechek separated in 1989.
He also welcomed daughter Dina through an extramarital affair.
In 1988, he tied the knot to Gena O’Kelley, and the couple welcomed twins Dakota and Danilee in 2001.
