Macleay Regis treasure goes up for sale

408 & 407/12 Macleay St, Potts Point is set for auction on September 23. A retired doctor’s rare amalgamated fourth-floor apartment in the Art Deco treasure the Macleay Regis in Potts Point has hit the market. Dr Peter Stewart was able to convince the board of the iconic company-title 1930s building in 2019 of the merits of joining the two neighbouring one-bedders bought in 2006 and 2009.
