The three-bedroom apartment on The Esplanade, directly opposite Balmoral Beach has been held for almost 18 years by the Faerber family. It is one of only six apartments in The Waterford building, is elevated with water views and is selling by expressions of interest closing on October 15. Colin Craig, of Ray White Lower North Shore, said the apartment has three separate outdoor areas including a terrace with atrium style awning and a double garage with lift access. The couple’s daughter, Esther, said her mother used one of the bedrooms as a studio, loved the front veranda and well into old age used to walk up and down The Esplanade. Ruth started as a lithographic printer, moved into etchings and paper sculpture, won the Mosman Art Prize three times and held 45 solo exhibitions. She died aged 102 in 2024. H...
