The founders of luxury skincare group La Fervance are selling 36 Meredith St, Elwood, their home while in Melbourne.

The founders of luxury French skincare company La Fervance are selling the Elwood home they use as a base when returning from Paris.

Melissa Obeid and Jamie Arnold launched the award-winning label in 2017, and it has since gone on to become an award-winning skincare group by using ingredients sourced solely from Australia and France.

Their latest gong was the Luxury Skincare Brand of the Year – Global in the International Elite 100 Awards 2025, but they have collected a range of awards and nominations across Europe over the past eight years.

The pair had been using 36 Meredith St, Elwood, as their base when back in Melbourne – but are selling it as they upgrade.

Zed Real Estate’s Zed Nasheet has the $2m-$2.2m listing and said the four-bedroom home’s big draw cards included its location an easy walk to the bay and local amenities, as well as an attic space upstairs that was perfect as a kids retreat.

The home’s interiors are styled as impeccably as you might expect of the Francophiles.

Mr Nasheet said the home had attracted a range of prospective buyers including families, investors and downsizers – with one party flying in from interstate to inspect the home.

Dating back to 1918, the home has Bosch appliances and Caesarstone surfaces in the kitchen that connects to both a family room with a fireplace and a dining room that spills out to a rear deck.

The main bedroom has an ensuite, while a secondary bedroom opens to the front veranda, and adjoins a formal living room with a fireplace.
