The Glenorie estate owned by Kyle Sandilands has drawn interest online.
Radio shock jock Kyle Sandilands’ former weekend getaway has come under the spotlight as he seeks to rebuild his career following his controversial departure from The Kyle and Jackie O show.
Realestate.com.au figures have revealed Sandilands’ Glenorie property, now up for sale, has become one of NSW’s most viewed property listings.
The property known as Kingsview Estate attracted over 30,000 page views in the last week alone.

The under-utilised weekender was listed in late February and passed in at May auction.
The semirural Hills district property with six bedrooms and five bathrooms was originally listed with $5.7m to $5.9m expectations, property records showed.
Selling agent Carolyn Wheatley of Belle Property now has the 9,469sqm property listed with a $4.9m to $5.1m guide, a drop of $800,000.

Sandilands, 55, had mentioned the property sale in one of his last weeks on the air at KIIS FM before his departure from the network earlier this year.
Sandilands had commented at the time that he bought the property about three-and-a-half years ago with big plans to renovate it for a family home.
Records showed the radio star paid $3m for the expansive property in the Hills District in Sydney’s northwest in August 2022. Media reported at the time that Sandilands had once intended to build a Hamptons-style family home at the site.

The purchase was made just weeks before his then fiancée, now wife, Tegan Kynaston gave birth to the couple’s first child, Otto.
Sandilands has been reported to soon be launching an independent show, Kyle Sandilands Live, which will stream via an app.

His long-time manager Bruno Bouchet told media that the show would expose a “different side to Kyle”.
Sandilands’ launch comes after he settled a lawsuit with former employer Australian Radio Network for $12m in June that started after the Kyle and Jackie O show ended in February.
