Shock jock Kyle Sandilands’ Glenorie home is up for sale.
Sandilands settled on the 9580 sqm acreage in Glenorie which adjoins bushland, just weeks before his then-fiancee now wife Tegan Kynaston give birth to the couple’s first child, Otto.
The home has changed significantly since it was last up for grabs as a “property [that] really does need to be seen to be believed”.
In February last year, Sandilands revealed he had begun renovations on the property.
The start was announced by the Vaucluse-based Sandilands when a listener called, advising that she’d seen him at the local award-winning Glenorie Bakery.

“They have blended the traditional Georgian character of the home with a contemporary upgrade, that is in keeping with the lineage of the home.”

The home was introduced to the market with a launch expo on Thursday night and Wheatley said she expected there to be keen interest in the home which appeals to families especially those interested in multi-generational living.
She said Sandilands was selling the home because he wanted to be closer to the city.
That means he could be in the market for another weekender or looking to upgrade on the $14m Vaucluse home he bought in 2023.
