Reality television veteran Kristin Cavallari has been candid about appreciating the opportunity to have a “complete fresh start” after offloading her “divorce house” in March 2025—but she wasn’t actually looking for a new property when she stumbled upon the sprawling Tennessee estate she now calls home.The podcast host opened her doors to Architectural Digest to share a look at her dreamy new dwelling, revealing she couldn’t resist investing in the new place when a real estate agent friend encouraged her to come take a look.“I completely fell in love with it,” she said of the one-story home, which sits on a 130-acre plot of land just outside of Nashville. “I loved that it’s really private.
