Kendra Duggar's parents are attempting to raise $30,000 to cover the family's "displacement expenses" after their daughter and her husband, Joseph Duggar, were both arrested on separate charges.
Joseph, 31, who is the younger brother of convicted sex offender Josh Duggar, was taken into custody near his family's home in Arkansas on March 18 over allegations that he molested a 9-year-old girl during a trip to Florida six years ago.
Two days later, Kendra, 27, was also arrested on charges of false imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a child, with sources revealing to People that the accusations came as the result of a "home inspection."
Joseph, who shares four kids with his wife, was also charged with the same crimes. However, authorities have noted that the child endangerment case is unrelated to the accusations made against him in Florida.
Hours after being taken into custody on March 20, Kendra was able to post bail—and days later, she managed to raise the $60,000 required to post her husband's bond, with reports suggesting that she turned the family's home into a rental and sold their belongings to cover the cost.

Now, Kendra's father, Paul Caldwell, is attempting to help his daughter raise the funds required to support her family during what he describes as a "difficult and urgent situation," writing on the GoFundMe page that the family is working to "rebuild and find safety."
"My name Paul Caldwell [and I] am overseeing the transfer of the funds to our family’s account," he wrote. "I am the father of the family receiving the money. The displacement fees will be for moving expenses [and] housing costs such as rent until we can find a place to stay more permanently.
"My family is facing a difficult and urgent situation. We are in need to cover displacement expenses," he added, before noting that any money raised will not be used to pay for Kendra or Joseph's legal expenses.
Kendra's father did not share any additional information about where his daughter and her husband are living, nor did he explain why the couple need money to pay rent.
However, People magazine previously revealed that Kendra and Joseph had discussed the idea of using their family home in Arkansas as a rental property to gain extra income while the father of four was still behind bars.
According to a March 25 jail call that was obtained by the outlet, Kendra and Joseph came up with a list of items that she would be able to sell to raise additional money, including several of their trailers, a four-wheeler, a pressure washer, and a wood splitter.
She also said during that call that she was preparing to move out of the family's home so that she could put it on the rental market, with the two agreeing that it would be smart for her to try to find steady income.
The call was made several days before Kendra posted her husband's bail—allowing him to return to Arkansas from Florida, where he was being held in custody.
Kendra and her spouse, who share sons Garrett and Justus and daughters Addison and Brooklyn, own multiple properties in the Tontitown, AR, area, according to records. They include a quaint cabin that they renovated at the start of their marriage, before later renting it out as a short-term vacation home.
A listing for the property, which remains live on Booking.com, reveals that the property comes with two bedrooms, "a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, and a spacious seating area." Outside, there is a fireplace and a hot tub.

The couple also own three parcels of land near their vacation home, which they purchased in 2018, records show. While two of those plots were sold as bare land, the third, which was bought for just $5,000, included a property, which the couple are said to have renovated.
That dwelling is understood to now serve as their primary residence, which they were sharing with their four children before their arrests. The home is a 15-minute drive west of Tontitown.
The Duggar family's compound—where the majority of their TLC reality shows were filmed—is also located on the outskirts of Tontitown, where Joseph's dad, Jim Bob Duggar, and mother, Michelle Duggar, have been based for decades.
While Kendra and Joseph have since reunited in their home state, they are barred from seeing their four children, albeit under different regulations.
Kendra has been told she cannot see the kids for a month after her March 20 arrest, while her husband's pretrial release conditions bar him from being alone with his children or any other minors.
The couple are now preparing for a court appearance on April 29, when they will face the child endangerment charges brought against them in Arkansas. Joseph will then be arraigned on the felony charges he is facing in Florida in May.
Those charges stem from accusations made by a 14-year-old girl, who "disclosed several incidents involving Duggar that occurred during a family vacation in Panama City Beach when she was 9-years-old," according to the Bay County Sheriff's Office.
Florida authorities have said that Joseph was confronted by the alleged victim's father on March 17 and "admitted his actions." He is also said to have confessed to the incident during an interview with police officers in Tontitown.
The relationship between Joseph and the alleged victim is not known. Nor has it been revealed whether the confrontation between her father and the former reality TV star took place in person or over the phone.

"According to the investigation, the incidents took place in 2020 while the family was staying at a residence on Danny Drive," the BCSO statement continued.
Joseph is accused of inappropriately touching the girl during the vacation—with the victim telling officials that he later "apologized for his actions," at which point "the incidents stopped."
The Duggar family rose to global fame after starring in the hit reality TV series "19 Kids and Counting," which followed Jim Bob, Michelle, and their ever-expanding brood. The show ran for seven years until the network canceled it in 2015, when the eldest Duggar son, Josh, was accused of sexual molestation.
While a spinoff series, "Counting On," was initially launched, TLC pulled the plug on the show when Josh was arrested.
Josh was arrested on child pornography charges in 2021, and in May 2022, he was sentenced to 12 years in prison without the possibility of parole on one count of receiving child sex abuse material.
Josh's wife, Anna, and their seven children—Mackynzie, 16, Michael, 14, Marcus, 12, Meredith, 10, Mason, 8, Maryella, 6, and Madyson, 4—are currently living in a $1 million property in Fayetteville, AR, which Jim Bob is understood to have purchased for them in 2025.
The home is believed to have been purchased using a chunk of the $4.7 million Jim Bob and Michelle received from Walmart for their Tontitown land that same year.
In addition to its many bedrooms and bathrooms, the property also features a barn with six horse stalls and is the epitome of privacy, as nothing but lush landscaping surrounds it.
Following Josh's arrest in 2021, Joseph spoke out to condemn his brother's actions, saying during a 2015 episode of the family's reality show: "Whenever somebody you respect the most is willing to get up and proclaim what we believe as Christians, about being true to your wife, you’d never think that that’s the person who’s involved in it."
