Actor Josh Brolin has sold his sprawling Sandy Springs, GA, estate for $4 million—a final sale price falling just under $1 million less than the original asking price of $4.999 million.The seven-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home initially hit the market on April 17—but the listing was removed just three days later, before reappearing with a $249,000 price slash on June 8, asking $4.75 million.The mansion also spent some time on the rental market with a $35,000 a month price tag.
