Actress Jennifer Aniston’s boyfriend, Jim Curtis, has quietly delisted his longtime New York City home, just over four months after putting the property on the market for $2 million ($US1.5 million) — as he offers rare insight into how the couple navigates tension in their relationship. Curtis, 50, who works as a professional lifestyle guru, purchased the condo for just under $1.8 million ($US1.3 million) in 2015 and has listed it for rent on numerous occasions in the years since, suggesting that it has been quite some time since he has lived there full time, Realtor reports. Then, in January of this year, it appeared that he was ready to offload the dwelling once and for all, offering it up for sale with an asking price of $2.1 million ($US1.53 million), a somewhat modest increase on the sum he paid for the condo more than a decade ago.
