Country singer Jelly Roll has filed for divorce from his wife, Bunnie XO, after 10 years of marriage—and less than three years after the duo moved into a new marital mansion in Tennessee, and just weeks before movers were seen outside the palatial property.
The "Wild Ones" hitmaker, 41, whose real name is Jason DeFord, filed from divorce from his spouse, whose real name is Alisa DeFord, in Williamson County, TN, on May 18, according to court records first obtained by TMZ.
The couple tied the knot in 2016, just one year after they met at the Las Vegas Country Saloon, where Jelly Roll was performing as the opening act for the Moonshine Bandits.
In the decade since, the duo has faced several very significant bumps in their relationship—including an affair that the singer had early on in their marriage, as well as infertility struggles.
However, it appears Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO are ready to go their separate ways once and for all, with TMZ reporting on June 15 that a moving truck was spotted outside their Nashville-area dwelling, although it is unclear exactly whose belongings were being transported.

A photo shared by the outlet captured a large truck from Music City Movers parked outside the Franklin, TN, home, which was purchased by the estranged spouses via a trust for $6.2 million in November 2023, according to property records.
Neighbors told the outlet that this was the first time they had seen movers at the home, which is understood to have served as Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO's primary residence for the last two years.
The property, which was built in 2022, spans close to 7,700 square feet, with five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. It also boasts a five-car garage, basement, resort-style pool, soaring ceilings, and many modern amenities.
Set back from the main road behind a gated driveway, the dwelling sits on close to 10 acres, ensuring that the A-list duo was able to enjoy ample privacy whenever they were at home.
Aerial images of the dwelling reveal that much of the land has been elegantly manicured, with a sloped drive that leads up to the main entrance of the property, featuring enormous windows throughout the main living spaces, helping to fill it with natural light.
However, when the pair needed to retreat further from the pressures of everyday life, they were able to head to a sprawling 500-acre farm in nearby Burns, TN, which they purchased via a separate trust for $4.5 million in August 2024, records show.
The sizable farm was previously described as being home to an abundance of wildlife—and also features multiple trails and two year-round creeks that run through the land.
Jelly Roll later expanded this rural holding with the addition of an adjacent 18.5-acre parcel that was purchased via the same trust for $500,000 in November 2025.

Both trusts used for the singer's property purchases are registered to the same Franklin business address.
It is currently unclear how the duo will separate their real estate holdings now that they have split—and neither party has publicly commented on their divorce, which came as a shock to fans, who saw Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO putting on a very public display of affection at the 2026 Grammy Awards in February.
After the singer won Best Contemporary Country Album, he thanked his wife during his speech.
"I want to thank my beautiful wife. I would have never changed my life without you. I would have ended up dead or in jail. I would have killed myself if it wasn't for you and Jesus. I thank you for that," he said.
Months prior, Jelly Roll opened up about an affair that he had in the early days of their marriage, confessing during an October appearance on the "Human School" podcast that it was "one of the worst moments of my adulthood."
However, he noted that the affair ended up being a blessing, explaining that it helped the pair to strengthen their relationship.
“I wish our story would’ve went in the way that it never had an affair, and I’m in a way glad it happened, but man, I’m proud of who we are today,” he said. “I truly am.”
Meanwhile, Bunnie XO opened up about the devastating moment her spouse cheated on her in 2018 in her memoir, "Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic."

"A lot of people... are like, 'Why didn't you leave?' And I'm like, 'I did leave.' I did leave him and we were split for about 30 days, but I just loved that man so much that I just really, truly believe that he deserved a second chance," she told People at the time.
Bunnie XO, who hosts a podcast, also insisted that they "aren't each other's possessions and consider our relationship to be free, not open."
Just two years ago, Jelly Roll told the outlet that he has since been focusing and prioritizing Bunnie XO.
“I prioritize family, and that’s what anchors me down. Everything that I believe going right for me is in the fact that I’m pretty grounded in my family," he said.
The country singer is a father to daughter Bailee, 18, and son Noah, 9, from his previous relationship.
The now-exes, who renewed their vows in 2023 at the same chapel where they tied the knot, have previously lifted their lid on their struggle to have children and their challenges with IVF.
"I think we're just ready for a piece of us. It has not been easy, but I know that God has a plan and he's going to make it work. I really do. I have no doubt in my mind," she said.
