Gellar, 49, and Prinze, 50, who wed in 2002 and share two children, paid $US6.1m ($8.5m) for the five-bedroom, six-bathroom abode, which spans more than 7,300 square feet and is located in one of Los Angeles’ “most private and sought-after residential enclaves” in Mandeville Canyon. In May, the couple decided that they were ready to move onto their next chapter, listing the Hamptons-stye Los Angeles home for $US10.5m ($14.6m).
