Tammy Hembrow has her Gold Coast property on the market. Mega influencer Tammy Hembrow’s lavish Gold Coast mansion failed to sell under the hammer at a high-stakes spring auction. The Broadbeach Waters riverfront estate, which first hit the market via an expressions of interest campaign, went to auction as part of Ray White Malan + Co’s Gold Coast Auction Experience at luxury hotel The Langham on Friday. A potential buyer placed a $3.8m bid before the auction paused for negotiations. The bid was then raised to $3.92m before Mr Curd passed the property in. “At $3.92m (we have) no further instructions at this stage,” he said.
