Iconic Triangle House Angles Its Way Back Onto the Market in Buffalo for Under $500K

An eye-catching triangular-shaped residence that has been the talk of the town since it was constructed in Buffalo, NY, in 2020 has once again angled its way back onto the market—this time with another price cut.The iconic Triangle House, designed by artist Ben Perrone, was originally listed for $760,000 in April 2023. Also known as the Christmas Tree House, the jaw-dropping dwelling received a dramatic $60,000 price cut just two months later. It was then removed from the market in July 2023 but returned in July 2026 for $550,000 before being removed once again in September.
