HousingWire has created a dedicated Insights function to centralize research and data operations across its portfolio, naming Bill Sullivan head of Insights effective immediately. Sullivan moves into the role from Keeping Current Matters (KCM), where he served as executive vice president of growth. He previously held executive leadership roles at Family Office Exchange and Capgemini, where he led market intelligence for financial services clients. Sullivan will report to HousingWire CEO Clayton Collins. The new function brings HousingWire’s franchise research under one roof, including the Housing Market Tracker and home price forecast built on Altos Research data, and the agent and broker sentiment surveys from RealTrends. The group will own standards and publishing cadence for these assets and work with product and editorial leaders to embed them directly into HousingWire Intelligence and KCM products. Sullivan will also convene a Data and Research Committee with leaders from across the company to set shared priorities for HousingWire’s data and research investments.
