HouseCanary expands Google Listings Program with three brokerages

HouseCanary has signed three brokerages, REMAX Advantage, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group and ENRG Realty, to its Google Listings Program, making active listings for more than an additional 1,000 agents available in Google mobile search in live markets, the company announced Wednesday. When consumers search for homes on Google mobile in participating markets, listings from these firms will appear in a carousel at the top of results. Each card shows core property details and the listing brokerage and links to a detail page with more information, the listing agent’s name and a click-to-contact button. The program, launched in early 2026, is HouseCanary’s effort to connect MLS data and brokerage inventory directly into Google’s consumer search experience. For brokerages, the pitch is incremental listing exposure and an additional lead source at a time when organic traffic and portal advertising costs are under pressure.
