It served as the exterior of the Wandin Valley Bush Nursing Hospital in the classic 1970s TV series A Country Practice. The 1828 convict-built, triple-brick homestead on one hectare was sold by Hamish Rogers from Hamish Rogers Realty, who had paid $1.95m in 2017.
