Harkaway acreage road crashes Melbourne’s most-viewed streets top three

JR Property agent Ryan Wallace says buyers are chasing Harkaway for its mix of space and convenience, with King Rd Melbourne’s third most sought after. One of Melbourne’s most sought after streets is a semirural road where property listings are more in-demand than some of the city’s most prestigious addresses. New REA Group data shows King Rd in Harkaway averaged 16,920 views per listing in the 12 months to August, putting it third across Melbourne. Only Clendon Rd and Hill St in Toorak ranked higher, averaging 18,800 and 18,560 views respectively, while King Rd also beat St Georges Rd.
