The landmark residence — an upcoming Mosman Daily House of the Week — was recognised a decade ago as one of the 30 most important Australian houses of the past 60 years in a talk series curated by decor doyenne Karen McCartney and Sydney Living Museums and the Architecture Foundation Australia. Collins House also featured in Belle in 1978 and is in Sydney Architecture, Graham Jahn’s chronology from colonial days to the late 1990s.
