It’s the latest in the increasingly long menu of homes snapped up by the fast food industry boss, who has developed a taste for some of Melbourne’s best neighbourhoods since establishing the business in 2004. His latest acquisition is a striking three-bedroom apartment that spans 500sq m in a building that started life as a warehouse before being overhauled by architects Reed, Gunn and Hayball in the late 1970s.
