Graya launches retail leasing campaign after $102m residential sales blitz

Picture: Supplied Brisbane developer and builder Graya has achieved more than $102m in apartment sales at its new Hamilton project and will soon begin leasing retail space, bucking the downturn being felt by much of the Brisbane property market. The Galley is a mixed residential and retail development sitting on a large footprint on Racecourse Rd in Hamilton, designed by bureau^proberts and being developed and built by Graya.
