Picture: Supplied Brisbane developer and builder Graya has achieved more than $102m in apartment sales at its new Hamilton project and will soon begin leasing retail space, bucking the downturn being felt by much of the Brisbane property market. The Galley is a mixed residential and retail development sitting on a large footprint on Racecourse Rd in Hamilton, designed by bureau^proberts and being developed and built by Graya. Graya CEO Rob Gray said the majority of residential sales at The Gallery were completed before construction even commenced. “The sales success tells us people believe in Hamilton’s next chapter,” he said. “Passing $102m before we had even finished demolition is a serious result.” An artist impression of The Gallery in Hamilton.
