Geelong builder launches new Belmont selection centre as homebuyer demands shift

GJ Gardner Homes Geelong has moved out of its original Moorabool St offices and celebrated the grand opening of new Belmont digs at 25-29 Settlement Rd. The huge space available to the builder at the Spotlight Centre allows the entire team to be located on the one floor, managing director Rohan Smith said.
