Copy A St Kilda street once gated overnight to curb sex-work-related traffic is now home to million-dollar townhouses, including one with a car turntable. Blanche St was gated at both ends between 6pm and 6am in the early 2000s after residents complained about traffic and noise. More than two decades later, an older duplex at No. 34 has been replaced by four townhouses, with two being marketed for as much as $1.8m.
