A $400m development featuring 24 luxury beach homes is less than two weeks from completion – and the last homes for sale each come with a price tag of more than $26m. Mantaray Marina and Residences, developed by Gordon Corp and billionaire Bruce Mathieson, has launched its final collection of homes on the Gold Coast. The project is the only residential development built on the South Spit peninsula in more than 25 years, as part of a waterfront precinct set across 10,000 sqm. The final four residences have been launched to market, divided between two rooftop terraces and two penthouses.
