A former cop shop-turned-house complete with an old police lockup in the backyard is for sale in a regional Victorian town. Described as “a very arresting address” in its online listing, the home at 4 Hillside Ave South, Eildon, is about 140km north east of Melbourne. When local police relocated in the 2000s, they didn’t go very far, with the new station located at no. 5 on the same street.
