The four-bedroom residence at 460 Glen Eira Rd was built by Loewe Projects, headed by St Kilda great Stewart “Buckets” Loewe. Ritterman, now 75, played 23 VFL games and kicked 10 goals for Melbourne from 1971-73 before forging a career as an architect.
