Listings on the street attracted an average 11,900 views each in the 12 months to August, putting it ahead of some of the city’s most expensive and tightly held addresses. Jon Smith of Smith & Li recently sold a three-bedroom house on nearly 700 sqm for $900,000 in Sherwood Rd to an investor, who rented it out immediately for $780 a week.
