Final stages of Zuccoli Villages sees new home sites up for grabs

Zuccoli Village sales agent, Nicole Turner said the 43 lots in the Caproni Release were priced from $260,000 and averaged about $363,000, with home sites from 430 sqm to 1000 sqm. Land titles for the release are expected in March 2027. Ms Turner said demand for land in Zuccoli was strong, with buyers reserving lots ahead of the release. “Quite simply, there is just no land available in Zuccoli right now,” she said. “Buyers are actively looking for land that’s close to being ready so they can build straight away. “Because titles for this release are expected in March, buyers can get their builder sorted, lock in their finance and get moving without waiting around. “The previous land release saw more than 50 per cent of lots go under contract within weeks of launch, and strong interest is already building for this release.” Zuccoli Plaza is part of the Zuccoli Plaza masterplan.
