Homebuyers priced out of the country’s hottest property markets have been urged to look beyond the usual suspects, with new analysis revealing 10 locations where buyers can still get more bang for their buck. While some of the markets are already recording double-digit price growth, others have been singled out because they remain relatively affordable, have tight rental markets and offer investors stronger yields.
