Homehunters looking for an affordable foot on the property ladder have been given a new hit list, with 10 “ugly duckling” locations tipped to have the ingredients to become strong performers. New research from property analysis firm Hotspotting has identified five city and five regional markets where buyers can still get in at relatively affordable prices.
