eXp Realty coming soon listings to appear on RealScout

eXp Realty’s coming soon listings will appear on RealScout later this year, according to an announcement on Tuesday. The companies have not announced an exact launch date. In March, eXp, a RealTrends Verified brokerage, announced the syndication of its coming soon listings to Realtor.com, Homes.com and HouseCanary’s ComeHome.com via Zenlist. At the time, the brokerage noted that these were not exclusive agreements. According to AGNT CEO Leo Pareja, having coming soon listings appear on RealScout, a HousingWire Tech100 award winner, puts these pre-marketed listings “right inside the conversation between agents and their clients.” “More eyes, sooner, means more fair outcomes for our sellers,” Pareja, a HousingWire Vanguard award winer, said in a statement.
