“Mean Girls” star Amanda Seyfried has listed her longtime Los Angeles home for $3.2 million, 15 years after she purchased the property for nearly half the price it is now on the market for. The 40-year-old actress, who now resides primarily on a beautiful farm property in upstate New York, which she bought in 2013, has used the three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home as her West Coast base for more than a decade. In March 2025, she opened up about her decision to relocate to the rural New York estate full time, explaining that the calm setting helped to ease the symptoms of her anxiety and OCD.Now, it seems she may well be ready to cut ties with California altogether, after bringing her 2,700-square-foot Los Angeles abode to the market, where it is listed with Justin Paul Huchel of Carolwood Estates.
