The five-bedroom house has ocean views and was sold through Barnaby Devaux of Raine & Horne Northern Beaches. While he couldn’t discuss the sale, Barnaby said families priced out of Manly were considering Dee Why, which offered better value, and the same house in Manly would have sold around $10m. He added that the Dee Why sale was a good one. “You can still achieve a good result with the right strategy,” he said. The couple were seen looking at property on Sydney’s northern beaches earlier this year and seemed to be targeting North Curl Curl but they decided on a five-bedroom, three-bathroom house in Dee Why.
