Compass has rolled out its biggest redesign of Compass.com in a decade and introduced a new “See It First” feature designed to give buyers earlier access to more homes and give sellers a way to test pricing and demand without accruing days on market. The New York-based brokerage said the new experience, announced Tuesday, brings together thousands of homes across every stage of marketing from Compass International Holdings’ nine brands into a single consumer destination. The company is backing the redesign with a multimillion-dollar nationwide advertising campaign aimed at homebuyers. “With See It First, we’re giving consumers the opportunity to discover more homes earlier,” Julie Keef, Compass head of consumer search, said in the announcement. “By bringing more homes and local expertise together in one place, we’re making Compass.com an even more valuable destination for buyers to start and continue their home search.” Compass executives began teasing the “See It First” platform on social media over the weekend.
