Records show the ex-AFL player and Ms Tarrant spent a total $9.925m on two neighbouring sites in the blue-chip suburb, in 2023. They’re now constructing a house which, according to an artist’s render, will feature a facade with multiple arches and large windows set behind a tall fence and greenery.
