That’s up to $2m less than what she paid for the incredible 250sqm garden residence in the famous Del Rio block just three years ago. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence with garage parking is at 1/22-24 Billyard Ave, Elizabeth Bay. “I love the grandeur of it and it’s the whole floor …. the incredible view and the aspect,” says Alexander Phillips of PPD Real Estate. “Plus it’s company title, so they’re all owner-occupiers.” Phillips had the property listed briefly in May, but price expectations have been revised since then.
