California mega team Tafoya Real Estate joins eXp Realty

Tafoya Real Estate, a Fresno, California-based mega team recognized in the 2026 RealTrends Verified rankings, has left The Real Brokerage to join eXp Realty, according to an announcement on Wednesday from parent company AGNT Inc. The team, which is led by founder Scott Tafoya, serves California’s Central Valley and other state markets with a strong presence in Fresno, Clovis, Madera and Visalia. Tafoya Real Estate closed $87.92 million across 172 transaction sides in 2024 and 2025 while at The Real Brokerage, the firm said. Its 2025 production earned it the No. 75 ranking in the state for volume and the No. 61 rank for sides among other mega teams in the 2026 RealTrends Verified rankings. Tafoya entered real estate in 2005 after a background in finance and Division I college baseball. He launched Tafoya Real Estate in 2018 and expanded it from a small team to 37 agents. The group’s model spans luxury homes, agricultural land, commercial and multifamily properties, investment homes, flips and wholesale deals, as well as in-house lending, coaching, lead generation and agent development resources.
