Arena Property Group has officially launched Kora, a five-level building at 798-800 Pacific Pde with seven luxury residences priced from $4.95m. The launch follows a 2022 Queensland Planning and Environment Court appeal where more than 60 locals challenged Gold Coast City Council’s approval of the project.
