Bright turns on Ocusell integration so agents enter listings once

Bright MLS has turned on its live integration with Ocusell’s listing network, allowing brokers and agents who work across multiple MLSs in the Mid-Atlantic to enter and edit listings once and syndicate them into Bright and other participating MLSs without double data entry, the companies announced Tuesday. The operational launch marks the first major product milestone from the joint venture Bright and Ocusell formed in 2025 and introduces OneList, a co-developed listing input platform built on the Ocusell Network that is designed to give brokerages and MLSs a single, connected listing interface nationwide. Under the integration, brokers and agents can create and modify listings in Ocusell, where data is validated against MLS rules, then push that compliance-checked data directly into Bright and other destination MLSs.
