Investor Bryant Stokes and his wife Dominique have secured the $12.65m sale of their three-storey Woollahra home, Anambah.
The deal with barrister Elisa Holmes SC was sealed last December with the price undisclosed until now, having come with a $12m guide.

The 650sq m Edgecliff Rd property sits just around the corner from the controversial ghost railway station.
The couple bought Anambah for $3.8m in 2014, a year before the low-profile son of media tycoon Kerry Stokes became engaged to the daughter of Double Bay hairdresser Lloyd Lomas.
They now have $907,000 plans to update Iona, their recent $37.5m seven-bedroom, seven bathroom Italianate Darlinghurst trophy home acquisition.
