Bassar Group starts construction on $180m Avva Broadbeach tower ahead of presales

Bassar Group has moved ahead with construction of its Broadbeach project Avva. A Gold Coast developer has broken ground on its $180m tower before launching the 56-apartment project to market. Bassar Group has moved ahead with construction of its Broadbeach project Avva with piling and excavation now complete at the 19–21 Anne Ave site. The development is not expected to officially launch to the market until 2027.
