Avalon Beach ‘igloo home’ sold for $3.5m

PNAU’s Sam Littlemore, the record producer also known as Sam La More, has quietly sold his igloo-like home on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. He secured $3.5m for the architect-designed Avalon Beach home shaped like a 50 cent coin. Its distinct, angled dome is reminiscent of an igloo. The musician bought it nearly a decade ago for $2.35m through veteran estate agent Geoff Grist. It was 2017 when Littlemore returned from living in Los Angeles where he’d been producing hits for the likes of Gwen Stefani and Nelly Furtado.
