Selling agent and CJRE Director Chris Jarrett said the result showed buyers would still move quickly for rare properties, despite becoming more cautious across the wider market. “We now have at least 15 serious buyers looking for this type of property, including six who are cash-ready and able to purchase immediately,” Mr Jarrett said.
