Atlantic Avenue Mortgage widened its lead atop the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) broker and third-party originator endorsement rankings in June, nearing the 1,000-endorsement threshold with a 12-month rolling total of 994. That’s according to a report released Thursday by HECMWorld. Atlantic Avenue’s total rose from 978 the prior month, according to the report, which uses data provided by Reverse Market Insight and tracks trailing 12-month endorsement totals for HECM brokers and third-party originators. loanDepot held steady in second place with 464 endorsements over the trailing 12 months, while Caliver Beach Mortgage remained in third place at 359. Caliver Beach’s rolling total continued to decline as its June volume totaled 20 endorsements. C2 Financial Corp. climbed to fourth place with 188 endorsements and West Capital Lending rounded out the top five with 173. Further down the list, NEXA Lending moved to No. 9 with 125 endorsements on a 12-month rolling basis after posting 14 endorsements in June.
