Archer & Albert in Chatswood: $50m in sales over two hours

Archer and Albert, Chatswood is a new 32-storey-tower, close by Chatswood Chase and the Metro. Downsizers and young families have moved quickly to snap up apartments off the plan at a new designer high-rise in the centre of Chatswood. The developer of Archer & Albert, Coronation Property, reported $50m in sales in two hours at the public launch, with the three and two-bedroom residences the most popular. “Achieving $50m in sales within the first two hours was a strong response, particularly for the larger residences,” Coronation’s head of sales, Cameron Porter, said. The 32-storey building is just one block from the retail core. Chatswood Chase and Westfield Chatswood are about 350m away, and the Metro, The Concourse, the library and the dining along Victoria Avenue are all within an easy walk. More than 150 groups inspected over the two days. The development offers one-bedroom units priced from $1.205m, two bedrooms from $2.145m, three bedrooms from $3.29m and four-bedroom apartments from $6.48m.
