Alexander Phillips lands at Ray White with 30 listings promise

Leading Sydney agent Alexander Phillips and his team joined the Ray White network this week, launching Ray White Phillips & Co in Woollahra, revealing that he has more than 30 listings on the way. Acknowledging the current challenging property market, he said now was the “perfect time” to be making the move to a brand he had long admired for its family culture and support. “The expertise, new technology plus my 24 years of experience make listing with us a very safe option in the current environment,” he said. Phillips said his listings were about 20 per cent down on the same time last year. “But they need to be – that’s what’s keeping the market together,” he said.
