The former Home and Away star bought the property for $857,500 in 2015, as she intently pursued her Hollywood career. It was bought with the help of mum and dad, Beatrice and Andrew. Lucas, 40, found fame playing Tasha Andrews on Home and Away between 2003 and 2006, before appearing in films including Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen in 2009, and more recently the sci-fi mystery Lunacy. She retains a small Byron hinterland acreage at Federal, bought in 2023 for $1,775,000 with no registered mortgage. With partner, American film director Cyrus Sutton, the couple are known for their wellness-focused lifestyle and environmental advocacy.
