Zillow is uniting some of its various agent-focused product offerings under a new umbrella. Described as a suite of products, Zillow announced the launch of Zillow Pro on Wednesday.
The suite of products includes Follow Up Boss, My Agent and Agent Profiles. The integration of these products enables agents to do things like invite any contact from Follow Up Boss to form a My Agent relationship. If the contact accepts the invitation, they’ll see the agent’s branding across Zillow.
Additionally, it allows the agent to view real-time insights about that consumer’s behavior.
Zillow says that the product suite reflects its “continued investment in software and technology designed to help agents thrive in a rapidly changing market.” The company says that Zillow Pro addresses challenges agents face by helping agents build and maintain relationships with past and current clients.
The product suite also employs AI technology that alerts agents when a past client re-engages or shows interest in embarking on a homebuying or selling journey.
“Zillow is laser-focused on helping real estate agents succeed, and with Zillow Pro, we’re deepening that commitment,” Jun Choo, Zillow’s chief operating officer, said in a statement. “We’re building game-changing technology that enhances the essential relationship between agents and their clients — giving professionals the insights, tools and visibility they need to grow their business in today’s market.”
